Despite our dedication to bringing you property advice seven days a week, sadly our teams can’t man the desks 24 hours a day – here at Jones Robinson we do need our beauty sleep! We always like to talk with people in person or over the telephone first but we are aware that wifi, smartphones and a more flexible approach to working means those interested in our property services might have a question outside of office hours. Our new online answers service is designed help anyone looking for advice at any time, whether it be in the middle of the night or at the crack of dawn. The service is also invaluable for those who can’t make telephone calls during the working day. You can access this new service via our Facebook page – where you’ll find an orange Q&A square near the top of the page – and also via our website by clicking on the FAQs tab that appears as a small rectangle on the very far left of the screen. You’ll be given the opportunity to ask questions, be it something to do with Jones Robinson or about the property market in general. We’ve pre-populated the service with our most frequently asked questions and answers, so there’s a high chance you question will already have an online answer! You’ll also be given a list of similar questions that have been asked in case the answers might be helpful. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, submit a new question and Jones Robinson will be alerted to your enquiry – we’ll provide an answer as quickly as possible. There’s also the opportunity to leave praise for Jones Robinson, so if you have been pleased with our services and have two minutes to spare, feel free to write some kinds words.
