Our interactive TV channel is live!
We’re very excited to have launched our own online TV channel. Log on to www.churchrobinson.tv to view another exciting way that Church Robinson is helping people buy, sell, let and invest in property. This new form of marketing is very much in response to a tech-savvy generation for whom an interactive experience is the norm. The channel’s design means you can view the information on a PC, a laptop, smartphone or tablet – ideal for those who are looking for a new home on the move.
Information about the towns and villages we cover, the way we market homes for sale and to let, and a live property search function are brought to life by professional presenters, animated sequences and attention-grabbing voiceovers.
The search for a new home also takes a new, dynamic twist as we become the first agent in West Berkshire to present each of its properties for sale and to let as ‘videttes’. Each property is presented as an animated slide show while a narrator provides inspirational information about the type, size and location of the home. The effect is instant – leaving viewers with a lasting impression and an unrivalled level of knowledge about the property. Rather than being limited to a word count on a printed brochure or on an online description, our narrations are free-flowing and comprehensive, backed up by a gallery of images.
Charles Robinson, a Director at the Jones Robinson estate agency, says: “Our TV channel is equally as important for sellers and landlords as it is for buyer and tenants. Far from just a gimmick, it brings tangible results – the animated ‘videttes’ are 48% more effective at marketing a home for sale or to let than traditional methods. As the momentum in the property market gathers pace and more people place their home for sale or to let on the market, competition among sellers and landlords becomes stronger. Every client will want their property to stand out from the crowd and as we’re the only local estate agent with an interactive TV channel, we are turning heads and converting computer-based viewings into enquiries and offers.”
