Checks Required by Law
By law, all estate agents have to carry out money laundering checks on buyers, and an admin fee of £60 will be payable per property if your offer is successful with Jones Robinson, to cover the costs of the latest-technology and highly secure electronic checks we use and our continuing costs associated with staying compliant with HMRC.
