Anna says, "Five roles and 13 years later I sit back reminiscing over my career within residential lettings at Jones Robinson ... I took the plunge 6 years in to explore the world of Property management - and what a different world it was! This new venture gave me excitement, variety and broadened my knowledge of the lettings industry. The biggest and most rewarding aspect is to be able to develop and build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Looking after our portfolio landlords, I am proud to say I have been able to do just that."

One of our landlords has been with Jones Robinson for over 20 years. Anna added, "Dealing with maintenance, giving advice, overseeing refurbishment projects is all part of the day to day service for this landlord, but what makes my role special and gives me that buzz is getting invites to have tea and cake - and no, not just for the cake! I visit every other month; we sit and often chat away for hours. At no point do I sit and wonder what the time is, it may have gone past my usual 6pm finish but to me it never matters. Having built a relationship with this landlord since day one at Jones Robinson, I am proud to say she regularly picks up the phone to ask for help; this has involved a whole host of tasks ranging from how to use a mobile phone or popping over to set up vole traps in the garden ... and I wouldn't have it any other way!"
