Dawn is one of the most experienced members of our team, having been with us for over 12 years. She is our dedicated sales progressor, a figurehead of communication, who regularly liaises with our buyers, sellers and their solicitors, to ensure the smooth completion of our sales. She believes that customer service is paramount, and prides herself on building great relationships with all her customers, regularly going over and above to make sure an often stressful process is easier for them. She added, "I remember one exceptional difficult sale and as well as regular contact with our buyer and seller, ended up helping one of the other buyers in the chain who were selling through another agent, and although the end result was that those buyers could not proceed, they were so pleased with my efforts above that of their own agent, that they came in to the office with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a thank you card to say how much they thought of the Church Robinson team."

In her spare time Dawn continues to use her organisational skills to manage her three teenage children, along with finding time to enjoy her love of football, and gardening.
