Our Year So Far!

What a year it’s been so far! The last few months have been unbelievably busy and frenetic at times, and amazingly we registered our highest ever sales month on record in September. A staggering 64 properties were sold during this period!

We are delighted to report that, according to Rightmove data for the period Jan 1st to October 31^st 2020, we are listed as the top-selling estate agent for the OX11 region.

Our office has seen buyer demand from the many who held back due to the Brexit delays in 2019, together with a surge of buyers in July who were looking to take advantage of the current stamp duty relief holiday. We have also seen a high volume of rental properties let in this period.

Interestingly, post lockdown, there has been a noticeable influx of London-based buyers, many of whom can now work from home and are no longer restricted to commuter hot spots around London.

Last month our Lettings department were delighted to be awarded as the Best Letting Agent in Didcot – GOLD WINNERS in the British Property Awards!
