Referral Fees

We offer a wide range of services through third party providers including solicitors, mortgage providers, EPC suppliers and other contractors. You are under no obligation to use these services and it is your discretion whether you choose to deal with these providers or use your own preferred supplier.

Mortgage Referrals

Our mortgage provider pays us a referral fee, the amount of which varies depending on the individual mortgage, however, the average fee received by us is £257 per referral based on total referrals to our Church Robinson office in 2023. Our recommended mortgage provider is Bates Wilcox.

Conveyancing Referrals

For referrals to our recommended conveyancing firm, the average referral fee is £300 per completion based on total referrals to our Church Robinson office in 2023. Our recommended conveyancing firm is The Live Organisation.

Referrals for tenants

Flatfair No Deposit – we receive an average fee of £27 per policy.

Referrals for landlords

We receive £24 for each property transferred to SSE during a tenancy void period.

Contractors including EPC providers – the amount we receive varies depending on the contractor, however our average fee is £25 per referral, based on total referrals in 2023.
