Since Jones Robinson merged with Martin Walker in 2016, the Marlborough area had been the missing link between Devizes and our other offices in Didcot, Newbury and Lambourn, so we were delighted to open our fifth office on Marlborough's reputable High Street in March 2019.
Michael Simpson heads up the sales department and Laura Davenport looks after new business for the lettings department, both having worked from our Newbury office for several years. Rosie Souster is Senior Valuer and our viewings consultants are Jenny Thompson and Caroline Andrews.
Our Marlborough team are proud to support the local rugby club and St Michael's Primary School in Aldbourne.
The office is at the top of the High Street opposite the town hall.

Marlborough is a beautiful market town in Wiltshire, in an area of protected natural beauty, with many stunning countrywide walks on hand. Its busting High Street is the second widest in Britain, with many independent shops alongside charming cafes and restaurants. Two of the local schools have been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and, of course, the renowned Marlborough College is situated on the edge of the town centre.
As you would expect with its long history, Marlborough and the surrounding country villages are home to a plethora of chocolate box cottages and older style properties, yet there are plenty of contemporary new builds to choose from, so the area is popular with younger and older buyers alike.
The town is just eight miles from the M4 and the nearest railway stations are Pewsey, Great Bedwyn and Swindon, all having easy access into London. In addition, the town is well connected by road with the A4, A346 and A345.
